Next Week's Menu & Macronutrient Breakdown

Each week we cook and taste test each recipe for the following week, following this process we update the nutritional information according to accurate recipes, based on seasonality and availability of fresh produce. In our kitchen you will find a team of chefs that take great care and have passion in what they do, we are aware of a number of companies offering prepped meals that contain, frozen rice and precooked chicken, We cook our chicken ourselves, along with all elements of our dishes, always have and always will.

In the coming weeks and months we aim to raise the bar even further with our meal quality, consistency and variety and we hope you love your food as much as we love prepping it for you. In an effort to improve quality further we have reduced our menu slightly and are rotating 30 dishes with an average 451kcals, 40grams of lean protein, 47grams of carbs and 9grams of fats.
