Each week we cook and taste test each recipe for the following week. Following this process, we update the nutritional information according to accurate recipes that are based on seasonality and the availability of fresh produce. In our kitchen you will find a team of chefs that take great care and have passion in what they do. We are aware of a number of companies offering prepped meals that contain frozen rice and precooked chicken. We cook our chicken ourselves, along with all elements of our dishes - always have and always will.

In the coming weeks and months, we aim to raise the bar even further with the consistency, variety and quality of our meals, and we hope you love our food as much as we love prepping it for you. In an effort to improve quality further, we have reduced our menu slightly and are rotating 30 dishes with an average 451kcals, 40 grams of lean protein, 47 grams of carbs and 9 grams of fats.
